PPNS – stressing the importance of quality control

Insufficient quality control and characterisation of a produced protein batch might lead to unreproducible results and misleading conclusions.

All PPNS-laboratories support the guidelines issued by The Association of Resources for Biophysical Research in Europe ( ARBRE-MOBIEU) and Protein Production and Purification Partnership in Europe (P4EU) regarding quality control of recombinant proteins.

Quality measures from the process and documentation sufficient to repeat the experiment always accompany the final product.
